Mailing your own lists

Hamilton House can set up a database of your own email lists and email the people on these lists regularly, incorporating into the service automatic unsubscriptions, reports and de-duplication.

There are two services available: one operating a once a month service incorporating the most common processes; and one which allows you to pick and choose exactly the processes you wish to use, when you wish to use them.

1. Once a month: the ideal service for companies launching a regular newsletter

Hamilton House will set up your service, including providing an automatic unsubscribe option for anyone who doesn't want to receive any more emails, and drop in your list of email addresses.

We'll also set up an automatic subscriber page so that anyone who wants to join your list (or indeed anyone you want to add to the list immediately) can be added on-line.

You can also provide a spread sheet of new addresses to be added, three times during the year.

Then once a month you provide us with the text or HTML that you want sent out to the list and we'll do the rest.  After each mailing we'll give you a report on how many people opened the email and how many clicked through to your web site.

The charge is just £65 per month, payable quarterly in advance. 

2. The flexible service, in which you choose exactly who you want to mail and when you want to mail.

The details below outline the most common services offered, and with the flexible service you choose exactly how and when you want everything to happen.  As a result you are only charged for the work we undertake.
