Copy for these lists

The copy that you wish to send to these teachers will, if you request it, be reviewed by our editorial team and comments and suggestions will be passed on to you. However there is no requirement that you fit in with our house style (as there is with the Education Management News service).

Personal email lists (secondary schools and FEs)

These lists contain all the personal email addresses we have for each school department. Where you buy the full list the price price is 12p per address, with discounts for school holidays and "stand by" .

If you wish to make a regional selection you can. The price is then 15p each plus £25 set up charge and a minimum charge of £100.

We have removed from the list teachers who are known never to open any advertisements or notices sent from outside the school.

The Hamilton House research team do go back and check such teachers regularly, and if we find they are now opening their emails from outside the school, we reinstate them in the list. In this way we cut your costs by not emailing people who simply never will respond.

Regional selections are available from the total list, at a charge of 15p each, with a set up charge of £25 and a minimum charge of £100.

First time user discounts apply to the first use of the Personal lists in general, not to the first use of a specific list. School holiday discounts apply to emails that are transmitted during the school holidays including half term holidays.

Stand By rates apply to bookings made for term-time transmission without a specific date booked. They will be sent out in the first available slot during term time, with a guaranteed transmission within six weeks from the date of booking. Payment and text of the advertisement are required with order.

The lists are made up predominantly of personal email addresses. In a small number of cases where a school does not issue personal email addresses the address consists of the nominated school address with the teacher’s name in the subject line.
